- Order Processing Time: All orders placed before 5pm EST will be processed and prepared for shipping on the same day. We're as excited as you are to see those tails wag!
- Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 5pm EST will be processed the following day, so please keep that in mind to ensure your pup's meals are never delayed.
- Tracking Tail: As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. Your dog's meal adventure is just a click away!
- Paws Off Post-Package: Once your order goes off with the mail delivery folks, it's out of our paws, quite literally. We can't bark orders at those speedy carriers – they've got their own agenda, which usually doesn't involve belly rubs or treats.
- Freshness Guaranteed: We package your dog's food with love and care to ensure it arrives fresh and tasty. Our meals are specially crafted to keep your dog healthy and happy.
